And I agree. My new mantra is: Keep pushing against the fear. Often fear looks like a wall and then it's just cotton wool. Sometimes it stings a bit when you push against it. In my meditation class the Buddhist nun spoke about death meditation, and essentially it means you question if you would care about when you are dead. Sounds harsh, but she does have a point!
